200mm (Noctua) and 120mm Fan Stand using rubber mounts – 25° Angle (Mini Build Plate Friendly)

Summary:
A compact fan stand designed for 200mm Noctua fans, angled at 25°, and sized to fit within the 170mm build volume of a Mini Bambu Lab printer. It can also hold 120mm fans using rubber mounts (not screws).

Description:
I designed this fan stand to hold a 200mm Noctua fan at a 25° angle. The model is compact enough to fit on a Mini Bambu Lab printer (under 170mm in size).

It can also support 120mm fans, but note that these must be attached using rubber mounts or zip ties—standard screws won’t fit in this case.

Power Setup:
I use a USB to 4-pin fan converter with fan speed control (found on AliExpress, link not affiliated).

Noise reduction tip:
I suggest using rubber feet to minimize vibration and noise
I used 1.5 cm feet, but any similar size should work

Print Settings:

    Infill: 15% (works well, no need to go higher)

    Material: PLA

    Nozzle 0.4mm
