In Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires, the armies of the kingdom are at your command! Your ultimate goal is to conquer the 25 regions of Ancient China and build an entire Empire using cunning diplomacy and uncompromising force. Before each battle, the player will meet with the war council to decide upon military and political policies for the kingdom; then it's time for war. Issue direct orders to each officer or signal general commands to officers on the field. Dynasty Warriors 5: Empires gives armchair generals total control of their kingdom. В игре Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires под вашим командованием окажется многочисленная армия. Вы должны будете захватить 25 областей Древнего Китая и построить новую Империю, используя при этом как грубую силу, так и дипломатию. Перед каждым сражением вы будете встречаться с послом противника и обсуждать военные и политические вопросы, а после слов надо будет переходить к делу. Игроки смогут управлять как всей армией в целом (до 200 человек), так и давать указание каждому солдату в отдельности. Вам нужно будет разрабатывать защитную и атакующую тактику, планировать засады и, конечно же, сражаться открыто. В игре появятся 25 новых направлений в политике (правительство, дипломатия, тактика войны и прочее), которые доведут общее количество направлений до 75. Игра Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires предложит 4 сценария, кооперативную игру для 2-х игроков в режимах Empire и Free, новые способности, которые вы сможете открыть по мере прохождения. Также в игре будет присутствовать режим Encyclopedia, в котором очень подробно будут изложены основные вехи развития Древнего Китая.
